Our Validation Process

Qualification Validation involves a comprehensive review of:

  • Course curriculum and content
  • Delivery methods and assessment strategies
  • Quality assurance arrangements

Each course is benchmarked against the Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) and assigned an indicative level and credit value, where appropriate. This benchmarking provides transparency regarding the course’s level of difficulty and overall size.

Validation enables centres to demonstrate the quality and robustness of their programmes to learners, employers, and other stakeholders. ASIQUAL also conducts ongoing external sampling of validated awards, providing an additional layer of quality assurance.

Validated awards remain written and owned by the developing organisation. While ASIQUAL does not directly advertise these awards, centres are permitted to market them with reference to ASIQUAL Validation.
