How Do I Become an ASIQUAL Centre?

If you are interested in working with ASIQUAL to deliver our qualifications, or if you would like your courses to be recognised through our Qualification Validation Services, you will need to apply for Centre Accreditation.

Our team will support you throughout the application process, providing guidance, advice, and clear information about our qualifications, quality assurance requirements, and fees.

Below is our step-by-step process for becoming an ASIQUAL Approved Centre.

Step 1: Complete the Centre Approval Enquiry Form (Online)

To begin, please complete the online enquiry form with the following details:

Step 2: Initial Consultation

A member of the ASIQUAL team will contact you to arrange either an online or face-to-face meeting to:

  • Discuss your enquiry in more detail
  • Answer any questions
  • Provide information about fees (see our Centre Fees page)
  • Issue the full Centre Approval Application Pack

Step 3: Submit Your Full Application

Complete the Centre Approval Application Form, and submit it together with all required supporting documentation.

Step 4: Application Review and Approval Decision

ASIQUAL will review your application and may:

  • Request additional information to support your submission; or
  • Arrange an approval visit (either in person or online).

During the approval process, we will review evidence to confirm that all Centre Approval Criteria have been met.

Where a physical visit is not immediately practical, approval may be granted subject to a subsequent inspection once learner registrations commence.

We aim to confirm the outcome of your application within four weeks of receiving a complete submission.

Possible outcomes include:

  • Approval Granted
  • Conditional Approval (subject to completion of an agreed action plan)
  • Approval Denied (with clear reasons provided)

After Approval

If approval is granted:

  1. We will issue a Centre Agreement for signature by an authorised representative of your organisation.
  2. Upon receipt of the signed agreement, we will send formal confirmation of approval.
  3. You will receive your official ASIQUAL Approved Centre Certificate.

Blended, Online and Distance Learning Approval

Centres wishing to deliver qualifications through blended, online, or distance learning must demonstrate that they meet the specific approval requirements for these delivery methods.

You must provide evidence of appropriate systems, learner support arrangements, assessment controls, and learning resources to ensure that standards are maintained and learners are fully supported.

For further information on fees, please visit our Centre Fees page.

We look forward to working with you and supporting your centre’s development as part of the ASIQUAL network.
